Immunization
The Personal Health Services Division will hold seven
clinics in 2008. The cost of a flu shot will be $25.00.
- Seniors
on Medicare part B must bring Medicare card
- Any
Seniors on HMO’s including Aetna US Healthcare Golden Medicare, Anthem
Senior Advantage, United Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente, etc.
should go to their primary care doctor for a flu shot, or pay the $25.00
- Pregnant
Women must have a signed order from their obstetrician stating they are
permitted to get the shot
