The Personal Health Services Division provides the services of a public
health
nurse for blood pressure checks once a week at the Chardon
Multi-Purpose Senior Center. Nurses are also available at the satellite
Senior Centers on a monthly basis to perform bloodpressure checks and
hearing screenings. Please call the
